Observe → decide → act
Everything on the diagram is clickable. Each block opens a pancard: what the block actually is, which firehose
pain it answers, capability chips, and the real screenshots from docs/images/. Screenshots flip with
the arrow keys; click one to open it full size in a new tab.
| Click a block | Open its pancard |
| ← → | Previous / next screenshot inside the pancard |
| ↑ ↓ | Scroll a long pancard (the deepest cards hold more than one screen of detail) |
| ] / [ or Page Down / Page Up | Next / previous component (tour order) |
| Esc | Close the pancard / help |
| t | Start the guided tour (component 1, then Next) |
| + − 0 | Zoom the diagram, reset to fit |
| d | Light / dark chrome (the poster itself stays light so it reads on any projector) |
| f | Full screen |
| ? | This panel |
Deep links work: #sources, #gates, #ops, … - the open pancard is written into the URL,
so a slide deck can link straight to a layer.
Everything is in this one file: no CDN, no web server, no build step, no network. Open it from disk and it works offline.
